Cole Industries, Inc.'s In Line Ionizer combines
inline compressed air delivery with
ionization to neutralize static charge
buildup on sheets , labels, bottles
and other materials. The In Line
Ionizer installs easily within the
compressed air line and features
internal shockless emitter points. The
emitters points are current limited ,
for safe operation . In Line Ionizers
are used in conjunction with Cole
Power Supplies which provide necessary
voltage for operation. While capable
of operating at pressures up to 80 psi,
maximum efficiency is achieved at
pressures below 40 psi. Due to the
natural tendency of ionized air
recombine, the In Line Ionizer should
be installed as close as possible to
the exit of the air supply at the
trouble area, within 1 “ to 2” .
