Nozzle

The High Intensity Ionizing Air Nozzle is a non- shockless or “ hot “ design that excels at solving static problems in dirty environments and other applications where other types of static neutralizers fall short. Since it measures only 1 inch in diameter, the nozzel fits easily into cramped spaces. Use a single nozzel or several in combination to solve your difficult static electricity problems.

For Ordering, Please Note:

The cable connection, Straight -Through T, End Nozzle

The cable kit required: Select a 10ft, 20 ft. or 30 ft cable kit.

RFI Shielded Cable, if necessary - specify the exact length, shielded cable must be factory installed.

Specifications:

Diameter: 1 inches Length: 3 Inches
Input Power: 115 VAC 50/60 HZ (others upon request)
Air Consumption: 5 CFM at 30 PSI. Clean Dry Air only
Recommended Power Supply:

HDRH Header Of High Intensity Nozzles

  Consists of multiple High Intensity

Air Nozzles mounted in an Aluminum Manifold. As with the Shockless HDRC Header Of Nozzles, the
HDRH Header simplifies compressed air plumbing and provides ionized air blow - off over relatively large areas. The HDRH offers the additional advantage of being smaller then the HDRC and providing superior performance in dirty envionments and high speed applications.

For Ordering Please Note:

1) The overall length of the header (excluding the Stop-Cock). The maximum length is 144 inches.

2) The header must contain at least two nozzles per header, including one end style nozzle.

3) Placement of the nozzles along the header, thestandard configuration calls for nozzles spaced evenly across the length of the header starting at 3 inches from the end of the HDRC and 1 1/2 inches from the end of the HDRH.

4)The distance between nozzles:
          HDRC: Minimum 3 inch. spacing
          HDRH: Minimum 2 inch.spacing

5) The length of H.V. cable required. 10 feet is standard

6) RFI Shielded Cable if necessary specify the exact length required.

7) Specify any changes to the standard mounting bracket location

Nozzle

The Ionizing Air Nozzle is a shockless design that delivers high pressure, low volume ionized air with pin point accuracy making it ideal for use in the tight confines of modern automated equipment. Ionizing Air Nozzles dramatically improve the effectiveness of compressed air blow - off by eliminating electrostatic attraction that causes particles to cling to the surfaces. Use a single nozzel or several in combination to solve your difficult static electricity problems.

HDRC Header of Shockless Nozzles

Enables the user to apply several Ionizing Air Nozzles in combination to solve static electricity problems on wide webs or sheets or in high speed applications. Mounting the nozzles in an Aluminum Manifold establishes a common air supply and greatly simplifies plumbing requirements. The HDRC is an ideal means of providing ionized air blow - off over large areas in web cleaning and injection molding operation.
