The Ionizing Air
Nozzle is a shockless design that
delivers high pressure, low volume
ionized air with pin point accuracy
making it ideal for use in the tight
confines of modern automated
equipment. Ionizing Air Nozzles
dramatically improve the effectiveness
of compressed air blow - off by
eliminating electrostatic attraction
that causes particles to cling to the
surfaces. Use a single nozzel or
several in combination to solve your
difficult static electricity problems.

HDRC Header of
Shockless Nozzles
Enables the
user to apply several Ionizing
Air Nozzles in combination to solve
static electricity problems on wide webs
or sheets or in high speed applications.
Mounting the nozzles in an Aluminum
Manifold establishes a common air supply
and greatly simplifies plumbing
requirements. The HDRC is an ideal means
of providing ionized air blow - off over
large areas in web cleaning and
injection molding operation.
For Ordering
Please Note:
1) The overall length of
the header (excluding the Stop-Cock).
The maximum length is 144 inches.
2) The header must
contain at least two nozzles per header,
including one end style nozzle.
3) Placement of the
nozzles along the header , the standard
configuration calls for nozzles spaced
evenly across the length of the header
starting at 3 inches from the end of the
HDRC and 1 1/2 inches from the end of
the HDRH.
4)The distance between
nozzles:
HDRC: Minimum 3 inch.
spacing
HDRH: Minimum 2
inch.spacing
5) The length of H.V.
cable required. 10 feet is standard
6) RFI Shielded Cable if
necessary specify the exact length
required.
7) Specify any changes
to the standard mounting bracket
